The people, having bought apartments in the building group HOLIDAY Fort Golf Club pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:

- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

The fee is in amount of 10 Euro per square meter per year, including VAT 20%.
