The building is a hotel with apartments that consists of two parts – А block and В block, built as a whole complex. The complex is situated in the south-eastern part of Bansko about 700 m. away from the lift station and 400 m. from the central part of the town. There is a direct access via the Ring-Road to the lift and to the new road Bansko-Dobrinishte-Gotse Delchev.
