The first several of the villas have some sea view. Each villa comprises of 4 apartments but other options are also available - for example to join two apartments in one bigger or in a 2 levels maisonette; or to make one big private villa. Next to the villas are the tennis courts. The villas also have a swimming pool. They will also be furnished. The completion date is in 2008. So far the project is for 82 villas.
