Saint Thomas Residences Complex comprises a residential and a hotel part with an entertainment area and a shopping zone. The residential part consists of four – floor buildings with two or three apartments on each floor. An apartment can be reserved with a reservation fee of EUR 3000 which is valid for 2-weeks term. On signing the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed. The payment of the whole price shall be done according to the following payment plan:

 30% - on signing of preliminary contract 40% - on completion of roof top 30% - on full completion, signing of Act 15 (expected May 2008)
