The owners will have the opportunity to choose from different furniture packages depending on the size of the apartments and their own style preferences.

The Owner will pay to the Manager an annual fee to cover the expenses for the management and the general support of the complex the amount of 9 (nine Euro ) with VAT per square meter per annum for the legally owned build-up area.
 The management under the preceding sentence includes the following:

* organization of the internal order in the buildings and the common parts and equipment of the building; rendering any assistance and helping the owners with the purpose of their calmly and undisturbed using their lodgings and the complex as a whole and their undisturbed exercising rights of property;
* technical maintenance of the common installations, equipment, arrangements or other common parts of the building, the swimming pools, the green areas, the parking lots and yard;
• organizing 24 hour outside security of the complex;
* organizing sanitary-hygiene service of the complex and the common parts of the buildings;
* Organizing and management of paid service activities in the complex.
