PLATINUM Residences III is located in Krustova Vada, a newly developed area south of Sofia’s city centre. There will be a management company, that will take care for the maintenance of the complex.

Our future tenants will be able to choose between different packages of finishing for the apartments they have chosen. The basic finishing package is included in the price and consists of the following: floorings, plastering, tiles and sanitary appliances in bathroom, toilette and kitchen, fitted kitchen set, excluding the electric appliances, as further specified below.
